Mia Kim

Hello delegates, and welcome to PANAMUN XXXII! My name is Mia Kim and I am currently a Senior at the International School of Panama. I am honored to be one of your chairs of the United Nations Children's Fund. I was born in South Korea, however I’ve lived in Kuwait for 7 years until I moved to Panama. This is my 4th year in Panama as well as at ISP. As for sports, I play volleyball, and in my free time, I love to travel and spend time with my friends and family. I started attending MUN conferences freshman year, and throughout those conferences, I learned to utilize numerous skills such as collaborative working, professionalism, problem-solving, as well as embracing and accepting diverse opinions. I am extremely excited to meet all of you and if you have any concerns or questions please don’t hesitate to contact me or my co-chair. I wish you all the best of luck!

Daniela Zuluaga Alvarez

Hello delegates! My name is Daniela Zuluaga and I have the pleasure to be a chair for the UNICEF committee in PANAMUN XXXII. I am a senior at the Metropolitan School of Panama, but I’ve been coming to PANAMUN for 3 years now. MUN has been a big part of my life since 5th grade where I started my journey as a delegate. During those first conferences I would get extremely nervous and struggle with my opening speech, but as time went on I got more confident and learned to really appreciate the conferences. Some fun facts about me is that I am in the MET volleyball team, and the first time my co-chair and I talked about working together was at a volleyball tournament. I also enjoy painting, roller skating, and sleeping. For the conference, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me or my co-chair. I am very excited to be working alongside all of you, see you at the conference!
